Capps NC Mold & Die performs closed loop measure-cut-measure by first measuring the part and then changing and reposting the NC cutting program. This loop continues until the part is in tolerance. It requires very little operator intervention.

Tool wear is an inevitable part of machining. CappsNC can compensate for tool wear through closed loop feedback based on measurement results.

By using of the DMIS language, multi-cavity molds can loop a single cavity program as many times as required – all while maintaining closed loop feedback.
